By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or enrolling on a training course with Worth Beauty, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or directly with Worth Beauty.

Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or the appointment needing to be rescheduled.

 

Payments

Payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service.

Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients must inform Worth Beauty of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or sensitivities prior to treatments.

Worth Beauty cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

 

Liability

Worth Beauty aims to provide all services to a high professional standard.

However, individual results may vary depending on skin type, nail condition or other personal factors.

 

Education (Courses, Masterclasses and 121s)

Availability is limited and may require a deposit or full payment in advance to secure a place.

Fees must be paid in full before the course begins unless otherwise agreed.

Worth Beauty reserves the right to reschedule courses if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, participants will be offered an alternative course date.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials provided during Worth Beauty training, including manuals, worksheets, demonstrations, and teaching methods, remain the intellectual property of Worth Beauty.

 

Materials are provided for personal educational use only.

Students must not:

• Copy or reproduce course manuals or materials

• Share course materials with others

• Record training sessions without permission

• Use Worth Beauty training materials to deliver their own courses or training

 

Unauthorised copying or distribution of course materials may result in removal from the course and further action where appropriate.

Accreditation and Certification

Worth Beauty courses may be recognised by professional accreditation bodies such as ABT or other relevant industry partners.

Accreditation confirms that the course content meets recognised professional standards.

Where appropriate, students will receive certification from Worth Beauty and/or the relevant accreditation body upon successful completion of the course.

It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the course meets the requirements of their insurance provider or professional body before enrolling. Worth Beauty cannot guarantee acceptance by all insurers as requirements may vary.

 

Certification

Certificates are issued once the course has been successfully completed and all required assessments have been passed. Worth Beauty reserves the right to withhold certification if course standards or assessment requirements are not met.

 

Models

Some courses may require students to work on models for practical training.

Where a model is required, students may be asked to provide their own.

If a student is unable to provide a suitable model when required, Worth Beauty cannot guarantee that practical assessment can be completed and certification may be delayed.

 

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during training.

Worth Beauty reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate. In such circumstances, refunds may not be issued.

 

Hygiene and Safety

All training is delivered in accordance with professional hygiene and safety standards.

Students must follow all instructions given during the course to ensure a safe environment for themselves, models and other participants.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change however we require notice for cancellations.

 

Salon appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• A cancellation fee

No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost.

​

Training courses also require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or requests to transfer to another date.

Deposits may be non-refundable, but where possible a transfer to a future course date may be offered.

 

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule a salon appointment, please contact Worth Beauty or use our salon booking system (fresha) as soon as possible.
